DOs, DON’Ts.. Your Guide to Healthy Nutrition

CAIRO, Oct. 10 (SEE) – ‘SEE’  continues in this section advising its readers with nutrition tips that help them with living a healthy life. The generous content is analyzed by Dr. Hisham Elamry, Professor of nutrition, member at the American Society of Nutrition, member at Egyptian British Society for the Study of Obesity Diseases. He holds  a General Diploma in Sports Nutrition from the American Society of Health.

He advices ‘SEE’ readers to follow certain healthy lifestyle and gives some nutrition facts about that, as follows:

  1. Never reuse heated oil
  2. Never use breast milk derived from animal source
  3. Never use previously made Maggi soup
  4. Never drink soda juices
  5. Never eat processed sugar
  6. Never use microwave
  7. Never conduct x-ray on your breast before delivery, but do it using echomamaire
  8. Never use tight bras, or even wear it after work
  9. Never drink Alcohol
  10. Never reheat frozen meals
  11. Never keep water in plastic bottles
  12. Never use birth control pills, for they imply hormonal changes and may cause cancer
  13. Never use deodorants especially after shaving
  14. The breastfeeding protects mothers and make them less likely be exposed to cancer danger
  15. Sugar is the silent killer. Abandoning sugar fight cancer cells in the patient’s body
  16. Eat vegetables
  17. Eat moderate amounts of honey instead of sugar
  18. Eat proteins from plant source instead of meat
  19. Drink two cups of water once you wake up, and drink water (with average temperature) around the day.
  20. Never eat very hot meals
  21. Drink natural juices, like pineapples, oranges and watermelon
  22. Eat fresh or cooked carrots or drink its juice everyday

 

American Medical Association published instructions in terms of cancer causes as follows:

  • Don’t drink tea in a plastic cup
  • When plastic gets hot, chemical substances are created and might cause 52 kinds of cancer
  • Don’t mix pineapple with coca, or drink any before or after the other, for it is so poisonous
  • Answer the phone on your left ear
  • Don’t take pills with cold water
  • Don’t eat heavy meals after 5 pm
  • Drink more water in the morning, less in the evening
  • Don’t nap or sleep right after taking pills or eating meals
  • When your phone battery is low, this multiply the produced rays by 1000 times. Don’t answer your phone when the battery is low.
