•Chatbot: is simply an artificial conversation that responds based on pre-calculated user phrases as in intelligent virtual assistants.

•Data mining: is the discovery and analysis of hidden data patterns according to different perspectives to categorize it into useful information.
•Game theory: it is the study of using mathematical models to asses interactive systems.
•Heuristic: a problem-solving method using available data, rather than predefined solutions.
•Robotics: is the industry related to the engineering, construction and operation of robots.
•Semantics: using specific words and labels to present data and commands.
•Expert systems: it is a computer program that is designed to emulate and mimic human intelligence, skills or behavior.
